Patent preparation worksheet

Prepare a USPTO-shaped application. Attorneys file.

Specification sections, claim trees, formal drawings, and a letter-size package — assembled here. Licensed attorneys opine and file. Nothing transmits without a named human confirm.

Not legal advice. Prepared for inventor and counsel review. Licensed attorneys opine and file.

What the worksheet holds

The platform organizes and generates candidates for counsel. It does not practice law, and it does not promise allowance.

  1. 10

    Seven specification sections

Title, related art, background, summary, brief description of drawings, detailed description, and abstract — not a single description blob.

  2. 12

    Claim tree checker

Flags numbering, dependency, and one-sentence issues. FLAG / CANDIDATE / QUESTION FOR COUNSEL. No legal conclusions.

  3. 14

    Formal drawing sheets

Line-art figures with Fig. N callouts and reference numerals, stored with the matter and packed into the filing zip.

  4. 16

    Letter-size package

PDF, DOCX, ADS, IDS, and a zip built to letter size. Ready for counsel, not a silent transmit.

  5. 18

    Attorney marketplace

Inventor orgs request review. Attorney orgs accept an engagement. A third org cannot read the matter.

  6. 20

    Human-gated submit

Draft → attorney review → ready → queued → submitted. Auto-submit waits for a named confirm record. No confirm, no file.

Sequence

How a matter moves

  1. 01

    Describe the invention

Start a matter. The wizard asks for the full section set, not a marketing paragraph.

  2. 02

    Draft, check, draw

Generate candidate text, run the claim checker, and persist formal sheets. Treat every output as a candidate for counsel.

  3. 03

    Counsel reviews

Request an attorney engagement. Approve, reject, or comment from the attorney desk. Org isolation is fail-closed.

  4. 04

    A named human confirms

Queuing a submit builds and validates the package, then waits. USPTO live transmit stays behind that confirm gate.
